- A $3.00 shipping and handling charge will be added to each order.
- Tickets ordered online within 5 days prior to the concert must be picked up at our Oakcrest School box office between 7:30 and 8:00 P.M. the night of the concert.
- We will NOT fill web orders placed after 12:00 noon the day before a concert. Please visit our box office, which opens at 7:30 P.M. on concert nights at Oakcrest School.
- Tickets will be mailed to you promptly or you may pick them up at the concert.
- To purchase tickets with a two-for-one coupon or any other discount offer, please call the orchestra office at 703-893-8646.

- If you cannot attend a concert, you may return the tickets to the orchestra office 48 hours prior to the concert and receive a tax deduction for the price of your ticket.
